I. Main Interface Overview
After opening the APP and connecting to your device, you will enter the E-bike20 main interface. The layout is clean and divided into the following areas:

1. Device Info Area (Top)
| Item | Description |

| Device Name | Displays the currently connected device name (e.g., “E-bike20”) |
| Bluetooth Status | Shows Disconnect (when connected) or a connection button |
| Battery Level | Real-time display of current battery percentage (e.g., 71%) |

2. Vehicle Visualization
A reference 3D model of an electric bike is displayed in the center of the screen.
3. Lock / Unlock Button
A large 🔓 Lock icon button used for electronic lock/unlock operations. A brief departure can lock the vehicle so that it does not need to carry the battery.
4. Riding Data Panel

5. Map Location
An embedded Map showing the vehicle’s real-time position based on GPS.

6. Quick Function Toggle Area (Funcs)
The bottom of the main interface provides quick-access toggles for common functions.
Basic Functions Page — swipe left to switch between pages.

| Cruise | Toggle Button | Cruise control mode — once enabled, the motor maintains speed without needing to hold the throttle |
| Headlight | Toggle Button | Headlamp control — turn the front headlight on/off |
| Start Mode | Toggle Button | Start mode — controls whether the motor responds to input |
| Level | Speedometer Icon | Current assist level display |
| Lamp | Light Bulb Icon | Auxiliary lighting control |
💡 Tip: The function area supports left/right swipes to switch between pages. Tap More > on the right to access additional settings.
II. More Settings Page
Tap More > in the Funcs area to enter the advanced settings page, which includes the following options:

| Battery Lock | Battery lock switch – When enabled, the battery keyhole will be locked, preventing the battery from being unlocked with a key and thus allowing it to be stolen. |
| Energy Recovery Level | Energy recovery level — currently set to low. Tap to adjust the regeneration intensity |
| Unit Set | Unit settings — currently set to mile. Switchable to kilometers (km) |
| Current Temperature | Current ambient temperature (e.g., 0.0℃) |

III. Daily Usage Flow
✅ First-Time Setup
- Open the APP → enable Bluetooth on your phone
- Search for nearby devices → select “E-bike20” (reference) to pair
- After successful connection, you will automatically enter the main interface
🚴 Before Riding
- Check if battery level is sufficient (recommended: >30% before heading out)
- Check Est. Range to confirm it can cover your trip
- Enable Headlight if riding at night (required)
- Tap the Unlock button to release the vehicle lock
🚴 During Riding
- Enable Cruise (cruise control): saves effort on long, flat stretches
- Adjust Level (assist level): select the appropriate level based on road conditions
- Keep an eye on battery level and remaining range
🅿️ After Parking
- Tap the Lock button to lock the vehicle
- Optionally enable Battery Lock to prevent battery theft
- Turn off Headlight and Cruise
IV. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |

| Cannot connect to the vehicle | Check if Bluetooth is on, the vehicle is powered on, and you are within range |
| Battery level display is inaccurate | Go to More page → check Battery Status and voltage readings |
| Speed feels restricted | Verify the speed_limit settings for each level |
| Range dropped suddenly | Check Battery Cycle Times and Battery Temperature — the battery may be aging |
V. Other functions
1. Bluetooth unbinding
- Please contact customer service.
- Provide your purchase order number.
- Wait for customer service to check the information and inform you of the Bluetooth unbinding method.
- Unbind Bluetooth yourself.
- You can re-bind different mobile phones.
