Limited Warranty

This warranty does not affect your legal rights in accordance with the laws and provisions of your country or region. The terms specified in this warranty shall be executed to the extent permitted by the laws of your country or region. If the warranty period stated in this policy is insufficient under local law, the relevant local regulations shall prevail.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If the product does not function properly during the warranty period, please contact us via email at info@edikani.com for after-sales service. Your email should include a valid purchase order number or any other proof of purchase.

EDiKANi will attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue through online support. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, you may need to send the product to EDiKANi's local repair center. If the issue arises within the warranty period, EDiKANi will repair or replace the product and provide after-sales service free of charge.

This Warranty Does Not Apply To:

  • Products or parts whose warranty has expired;
  • Products purchased from channels not authorized by EDiKANi, or products resold by other buyers;
  • Normal discoloration, wear and tear, or consumption from use;
  • Failures or damages caused by incorrect or improper use, maintenance, or storage, including improper handling, misuse, incorrect plugging/unplugging of external devices, drops, or impacts;
  • Contact with or exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water, insect infestations, or foreign object intrusion resulting in damage to the product or parts (such as housing, components, wiring, etc.);
  • Failures or damages caused by unauthorized installation, repair, alteration, or removal by personnel or agencies not authorized by EDiKANi;
  • Damages caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or failure to follow official manuals or instructions;
  • Products or parts whose original identification information has been modified, altered, or removed;
  • Products or parts for which no valid receipt or proof of warranty status can be provided;
  • Failures or damages caused by using unauthorized or non-standard software;
  • Damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues due to the use of unauthorized third-party parts;
  • Failures or damages caused by virus infections, hacker attacks, or other malicious activities;
  • Failures or damages caused by force majeure or accidents;
  • Damage that occurs during transit back for repair;
  • Any other failure or damage not caused by the product's quality;
  • Products expected to operate continuously or without errors.

EDiKANi assumes no responsibility for the issues listed above. If any of these issues arise, you will need to contact the relevant parties for assistance.

Special Notes

  • Product packaging, complimentary items, consumables, and accessories are not covered by the warranty. However, if issues arise during the first-time use of the product after purchase, the product can be replaced free of charge. EDiKANi may charge fees to cover the costs of additional packaging, accessories, or refurbishment if needed.

  • EDiKANi will not be responsible for any promises made by agents that are not officially guaranteed by EDiKANi.

  • For products that will be discontinued or have already been discontinued, our relevant departments will issue an announcement and notify agents of the final maintenance date, after which warranty service will no longer be available.

  • For products sold under separate agreements regarding after-sales service terms, the contract confirmed by EDiKANi shall take precedence.

  • If you submit a valid claim under this Limited Warranty, EDiKANi, at its sole discretion, may:

    1. Provide detailed instructions and new or refurbished parts for you to repair the product.
    2. Authorize the return of the product for: (i) Repair with new or refurbished parts, (ii) Replacement with a new or refurbished product equivalent to the one being replaced, or (iii) A refund of the purchase price.

Scope of Responsibility

  • During the provision of after-sales service, EDiKANi will cover product loss only when it assumes responsibility for transit and repair.

  • UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EDiKANi BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE EDiKANi’S PRODUCTS, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF EDiKANi HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Relationship of Consumer Law to This Policy

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state (or country to country, or province to province). Except as permitted by law, EDiKANi does not exclude, limit, or suspend other rights you may have, including those arising from noncompliance with a sales contract. To fully understand your rights, you should consult the laws of your country, province, or state.

Policy Restrictions Subject to Consumer Law

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies described are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions—whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied. EDiKANi disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties against hidden or delayed defects. To the extent such warranties cannot be disclaimed, EDiKANi limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty and, at EDiKANi's option, to the repair or replacement services described above. Some states, countries, or provinces do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

NOTE:

This after-sales policy may vary according to local laws and regulations, and EDiKANi reserves the right to interpret and modify this warranty policy at its sole discretion.

Return & Replacement Policy

We hope you’re delighted with your order, but we understand that sometimes you may need a refund or replacement. If your item meets the conditions outlined in this policy, we will assist you with the process.

Contact Methods Based on Order Status:

  • Order Placed (but not delivered):
    Please email us at info@edikani.com.
    We will try to cancel your order and issue a refund.
    Important: DO NOT initiate a chargeback, as this may result in additional bank fees and delay the refund process.
  • Order Delivered:
    Please email info@edikani.com.
    We will help you with the return or replacement process. The product must meet the Conditions for Return & Replacement below. You may need to pay a service fee and shipping costs.

Return Policy Covers:

  • Products purchased from the EDiKANi Official Online Store.
  • Within 30 calendar days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving the product if:
    • The product has no manufacturing defect.
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Costs for Return:

Within 14 calendar days after receiving the product: No service fees will be charged.

Between 15 to 30 calendar days after receiving the product, if there is no manufacturing defect, a service fee applies, and you must provide the original receipt.

Note:

  • Service fees are calculated as a percentage of the total order price, including tax and shipping.
  • Exchanging a product after delivery is not allowed.
  • Please keep the original packaging in case you need to return the product. Failure to do so may impact the return process.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Refund timeframes may vary. For more information, please contact our customer service.
  • If you wish to cancel an order or return a product without a manufacturing defect, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

Replacement Policy Covers:

  • Products purchased from the EDiKANi Official Online Store.
  • Within 90 calendar days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving the product if:
    • The product suffered substantial damage during transit.
    • The product does not match the original description.
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.
