⏳ Note on Custom Accessories: Because customized parts are specially engineered and manufactured to order, production and shipping times can range from 3 to 30 days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest quality for your specific setup.

4. Taxes & Customs
✓ No extra fees! All products are either:
- Shipped from local warehouses (pre-cleared by customs), or
- For China-shipped accessories: Customs fees covered by EDiKANi
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order:
- First contact the shipping provider
- Then email us at Service@edikani.com for assistance

Package Compensation Policy
