Yes. Early bird pricing is the lowest we'll offer this year, and the same models won't be cheaper during the BFCM sale. If you find a lower price on the same model between November 23 and December 1, email us your order number by December 8 and we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Yes. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum — including full-size bikes and scooters that ship by freight.

Early bird orders are prioritized: most leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. BFCM orders ship within 5–10 business days and arrive 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Holiday volume runs several times our normal load, and full-size units move on freight trucks with limited capacity — carriers get backed up too. That's why early bird orders arrive much sooner. We don't offer paid expedited shipping, so if timing matters, order during early bird.

Seel Shipping Protection is optional third-party coverage that's added to your cart by default — you can remove it before checkout. It covers loss in transit, damage in transit, and packages marked delivered but never received. Claims are filed at resolve.seel.com: within 7 days for damage or non-receipt, within 30 days for a lost parcel (60 days cross-border). If Seel's payout falls short of a verified loss, we cover the difference.

Either way, contact us within 7 days and keep the carton, all packaging and the packing slip — photograph every side of the box and the product before the case is closed.

During sale periods, carrier scans can lag several days even while your parcel is moving. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, email us your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Yes — cancel free within 2 hours of ordering. Address, color or configuration changes are free until your order ships; once a tracking number is generated the order counts as shipped, and we'll do our best to intercept it. Double-check your address and phone at checkout — it prevents most of these issues.
