⚠️ CRITICAL BUYER'S GUIDE: Identify Your Version Before Ordering!
Please note that the electronics and connectors were updated recently. The 2025 and 2026 versions use completely different wiring and are NOT interchangeable. Please follow the guide below to select the correct replacement part.
Step 1: Check Your Purchase Date

Ordered BEFORE April 2026: You need the 2025 Version.

Ordered BETWEEN April and June 2026: This was a transition period. Your e-bike could be equipped with either version. You MUST physically verify your connector using Step 2 below.

Ordered AFTER June 2026: You need the 2026 Version.
Step 2: Visually Verify Your Throttle & Connector If you are unsure of your purchase date or bought during the transition period, please unplug your current throttle and check:

Select "2025 Version" IF: The cable is thicker and stiffer, and the thumb throttle is completely all-black.

Select "2026 Version" IF: The cable is thinner, and the plug is smaller with a white internal insert (see our comparison photo). Additionally, the thumb throttle features a black body with a distinctive silver button.
Failure to select the correct version will result in incompatible plugs.
