The bike arrived on-time and in great condition. The video instructions were helpful and putting the bike together was quite easy.

I am going to be completely honest, I shopped around and did some research reading reviews checking out YouTube reviews and settled on the spark and I will say I love it, especially after unlocking it, assembly was quick and easy and that was assembled by myself and I am disabled so this bike has been a godsend if you're in the market for an e-bike I'd recommend this one especially if you're looking for moped style and not mountain bike where I wouldn't be able to get on it so I can't wait to throw more miles on this moped I'm already researching upgrading mods and creating a more fun vehicle

I love this bike, The bike works perfectly, I have no complaints about this one, it has the right speed to walk on the street and you can even adjust it to the speed you want, to charge it weighs little but it's not that you can't because it doesn't have that much weight so if you can load it sometimes you have to lift the bike a little, it doesn't make any noise when riding it and when driving it it feels smooth

Purchased this for our twelve-year-old and he's 5' tall, growing fast. He can ride this with no problem at all. It was just what he wanted. We live on a small amount of gravel, and I think this will hold up very well and love the distance/battery life. He wanted something with power, and I believe this would be about the max we would allow, might be stretching it a bit right now but he is a very safe and cautious kid (haha for now) Seems to be a very well-built and durable bike. Headlight and brake light are very nice addition. Control panel very easy to understand and operate. GREAT BIKE FOR THE MONEY and we are excited to let him use this bike!

Absolutely love this e-bike. It looks so sleek, exactly like a motorcycle. The frame is crazy sturdy and well built which makes it on the heavy side, which I actually love as it makes me feel very safe when riding it. The big wide headlight is also much appreciated as I often work late and need to ride home in the dark. When I hit the horn it even scares me a bit. I also love the extra thick and long seat. In terms of performance, it works so well. Even on the lowest setting it has good pick up. The cruise control feature is also super nice so that you don't have to hold the throttle down. Overall I absolutely love this bike. It's my first e-bike so I did a lot of research. The price was right and the features are AWESOME!!! Thanks Edikani
