While the default safety speed is 22 MPH, you can easily adjust the ED-M01's limit to 25 MPH via the TUYA Smart App.

Is the battery removable on the ED-M02 since it's "hidden"?
Yes.
The battery is integrated into the frame for a sleek look and better protection, but it is fully removable and lockable.
You can charge it directly on the bike or take it indoors to prevent theft and keep it away from extreme temperatures.
What is the load capacity of the built-in rear rack?
The heavy-duty integrated rear rack is designed for maximum utility.

Why does the battery get hot while charging?
Regarding the heat: During the charging process (while the light is red), the charger converts high-voltage current, which naturally generates heat. It is normal for the charger case to feel warm or hot to the touch.
What can I do with the ED-M02 Smart App?
By connecting via Bluetooth, you can use the App to monitor real-time speed, battery percentage, and mileage.
It also allows you to customize riding modes and keep your bike's firmware updated for the best performance.
How to download the app？

The Red Dial (Lockout):
This turns the suspension ON or OFF.Open: Use this for bumpy roads or off-road riding to absorb shocks.Lock: Use this for flat, paved roads or climbing hills. It makes the fork rigid to save your energy and increase speed.
