Maintenance Tip: While the bike is highly waterproof, we recommend avoiding high-pressure car wash jets directly on the electronic parts, as the extreme pressure can sometimes force water past the seals. Using a garden hose or a damp cloth for cleaning is best!

Regarding the heat: During the charging process (while the light is red), the charger converts high-voltage current, which naturally generates heat. It is normal for the charger case to feel warm or hot to the touch.

The symbol you see on the screen is the Motor Cut-off Indicator. It appears whenever you pull the brake levers to show that the safety system has temporarily cut power to the motor. This ensures the motor stops pushing while you are trying to slow down.
