Bought it for my son. It came about 90 to 95% put togetherbwith the tools you needs as well. So far he loves it. Very fast and alot of torque. Great purchase

Just finished building this bike and had fun doing it this bike is built like a tank and appears to be very good quality I can't wait to try it out.
I really appreciated The excellent packaging Every component Of this bike appears to be very good quality Right down To the plugs in the wiring I did quite a bit of research So far I'm happy that I settled on this particular bike I believe it was a good choice. I also wanted to add that this particular bike came with quite a few extras that cost you Extra money for other bikes.

I've had this bike for a couple of weeks now and I am SUPER satisfied. I am not a racer, or long distance biker but I ride all OVER town with it as well as some trails in the area. I've only owned bicycles (MANY years ago) but never an E bike so it feels heavy to me. BUT I don't mind this. The machine feels SUBSTANTIAL and lends a feel of confidence that it will most likely outlast me. It's become my GoTo vehicle around town. I put some nice bags on the provided rear rack and I go to the grocery store with it. I go to the fast food places with it and bring it home, still warm. I go to the hardware store with it. I go pretty much EVERWHERE in town with it, leaving my Jeep sit in the driveway. Some bungee cords and bags make it an excellent grocery-getter. You won't get a weeks worth of groceries for a big family but it hauls quite enough for a single guy to get groceries 1 or 2 times a week.

The battery life is great. It runs all over town with single motor engaged for days. I've added turn signals to it for safety. The headlight is quite bright for night riding. And I particularly enjoy coming to a traffic signal, catching up to and passing cars that had passed me and laughing as I go by them.

Assembly was very straight forward. There is a tool kit INCLUDED that has everything you need to assemble it. The fat tires make it a comfortable ride, along with the ventilated seat. The welds are smooth and superb. It's a nice looking bike and it's kinda fun to get thumbs up and waves from younger folks as I speed by them with my gray hair flying in the breeze. I had just a little problem getting the battery secured but once I realized what I needed to do to make it lock in well, I have ZERO complaints.

In all fairness the description indicated hydraulic brakes and a rear suspension. The bike does not have those. However I prefer the cable brakes so I don't need to worry with messy oil and maintaining the hydraulics. The cable brakes will lock up the tires with no problem if you squeeze the handles so they are QUITE sufficient.

I had opportunity to ask a few questions of the support team. NEVER more than 24 hours to get a clear and comprehensive answer to any questions asked. I don't know how one could expect more from customer support. They are excellent.

Given the price you will not get more for your money in my opinion. If you are looking for a nice E-bike, you can't beat this one.
And just to clarify, no one is paying for or urging a good review. I don't do reviews generally. But I felt I needed to this time.
