What is the dial on the front fork for?

The Red Dial (Lockout):
This turns the suspension ON or OFF.Open: Use this for bumpy roads or off-road riding to absorb shocks.Lock: Use this for flat, paved roads or climbing hills. It makes the fork rigid to save your energy and increase speed.

Why does the battery get hot while charging?

Regarding the heat: During the charging process (while the light is red), the charger converts high-voltage current, which naturally generates heat. It is normal for the charger case to feel warm or hot to the touch.

How to download the app？

Only the EDM01, EDM02, and ED-S01 electric bicycles support the mobile app, allowing you to control the bike's functions via your smartphone. Please scan the QR code to download the app.

How to remove the speed limit and reach 34 MPH?

1.Long press ”M” to turn on the bike and then press “Speed UP” to adjust the speed level to 5.
2.Download the “TUYA” app, connect the bike with app, find the Funcs--More-speed_limit_5 on the app, and then adjust the speed to 34 MPH.

Good power, smooth ride, and feels stable. A little heavy, but overall a good purchase.

Strong ride with small trade-offs

The ED-S01 feels powerful and stable, especially when accelerating from a stop or climbing hills. I use it mostly for commuting and grocery runs, and it handles that perfectly. Battery life is good enough for my routine.
My only issue is the weight — moving it around the garage isn’t fun. Still, once you’re riding, it feels solid and dependable.

Way better than I expected for daily riding

I bought this mainly for getting around town and short weekend rides, but it ended up becoming my go-to ride almost every day. The motor has more than enough power for hills and stop-and-go traffic, and the bike feels surprisingly stable even when the road isn’t perfect.
What really stood out to me is how smooth the ride feels for something in this price range. The fat tires help a lot with cracks, bumps, and uneven pavement. Battery life has been solid too — I can run errands for days without worrying about charging constantly.
It’s not the lightest bike out there, but once you’re riding, that doesn’t matter. Overall, this bike feels well thought out and genuinely fun to ride.

Smooth, strong, and really fun. Better than I expected.

Surprisingly smooth and stronger than expected

I didn’t expect the ED-S01 to feel this solid for the price. Took it out for a long ride my first weekend — about 17 miles of mixed terrain — and it handled everything from rough pavement to light gravel really well. The motor isn’t overly aggressive but definitely gives enough boost when climbing hills or pulling away at intersections.
The fat tires absorb bumps better than I’m used to, and the bike feels stable even at higher speeds. Battery life has been more than enough for my daily errands and short commutes. If I had to complain about something, it’s that the bike is on the heavier side, but once you’re riding, you don’t notice it.
Overall, way better than expected and honestly a fun bike to ride.
