Yes, your e-bike arrives mostly pre-assembled (usually around 85% to 90% assembled) in the box.
You will only need to install a few simple components, such as the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and headlight. We provide all the necessary tools and a step-by-step installation manual / video guide in the box. Most customers can easily complete the setup in about 30 to 45 minutes.

E-bikes (E-scooters): In-stock bicycle orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days, and delivery usually takes around 3 to 8 business days depending on your location.
Accessories: While accessories are generally displayed as in-stock on the website, inventory status may occasionally vary. Some items may require an additional 7 to 14 days for preparation and restock before shipping.
Pre-order items: Please check the specific estimated shipping date listed on the product page (e.g., late May shipments). Once shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

How should I store my e-bike battery during winter or long periods of non-use?

If you plan not to ride your e-bike for an extended period (such as during the winter months), proper battery care is essential to protect its lifespan:
- Charge it to about 50%-60% before storing; do not store it completely full or completely empty.
- Disconnect the battery from the bike and store it indoors in a dry, temperature-controlled environment (ideally between 50°F–70°F / 10°C–20°C).
- Check and charge the battery every 1 to 2 months to prevent deep self-discharge, which can permanently damage the cells.

Yes, for your security and to prevent package theft or loss, all of our e-bike shipments are dispatched with an Adult Signature Required service.
This means someone aged 21 or older must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package upon arrival. If you are not home when the carrier attempts delivery, they will typically leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick it up from a local courier facility.

If your display shows an error code, please check the meaning and follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- E01 / E001 (Communication glitch): For EDM01 & EDM02 models, replace the display, main cable, and controller. For the ED-S01 model, replace the main cable and display.
- E02 / E002 (HALL line fault): Check if the motor wire is damaged or if the connectors are loose.
- E03 / E003 (Brake failure): Check if the brake power-off wire connector is loose. If the connection is secure but the error persists, replace the brake lever.
- E04 / E004 (Controller malfunction): Replace the controller.
- E006 (Blockage): Please contact our support team.
- E007 (Switching faults): Please contact our support team.
- E008 (Overcurrent protection): Please contact our support team.
- E009 (Overvoltage crowbar): Please contact our support team.

Possible Causes:
- Display button failure.
- Controller issue.
- Battery is not discharging.
- Main cable has a loose connection.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Plug in the charger and press the power button to test if the bike can turn on.
- If it still cannot turn on, remove the battery and use a voltmeter to measure the voltage at the battery discharge port.
- If the voltage reading is normal, you can rule out a battery issue. The problem is likely with the display, controller, or main cable.

How to access advanced display settings? (Speed limit, Bluetooth, Reset)
To access advanced features, hold the brake lever and rapidly press the Power Button for a specific number of times:
- Turn ON/OFF Cruise Control (Press 4 times): The cruise icon will stay lit for 2 seconds to confirm.
- Adjust Speed Limit (Press 5 times):To remove limit: The number "55" will flash twice. (Available limits: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 55 KM/H).To apply limit: The number "45" will flash twice. (Available limits: 10 / 13 / 15 / 20 / 45 KM/H).
- Unbind Bluetooth (Press 6 times): The Bluetooth icon will flash twice to confirm unbinding.
- Clear Total Mileage (Press 7 times): The ODO total mileage will reset to 0.
- Factory Reset (Press 8 times): Restores all display settings to factory defaults.
- Lock / Unlock Bike (Press 10 times): The display will show a "P" indicating the bike is locked. Note: The bike cannot be turned off while in the locked state.
Which e-bike models are compatible with the TUYA APP?
Which e-bike models are compatible with the TUYA APP?
The TUYA Smart APP is strictly limited to the ED-S01, EDM01, EDM02, and T300 models. Please note that other e-bike models do not support the TUYA APP feature at this time.
